A few notes about Hot Foil Stamping

Hot Foil Stamping is what we have been calling gold foil embossing or imprinting. It's not really embossing, as the surface is not raised.

1. Please note that embossed orders containing more than 5 folders may take up to 3 additional weeks to process, depending upon the time of year.
2. Embossed items are non-returnable.
3. Here is a run down of the placement options for embossing:
   Front Cover:
   • Top Right Hand Corner (names or numbers)
   • Top Centered
   • Middle Centered (about 1/3 down from the top of the folder on the Deluxe only; the hand strap and inside pocket interfere with lower placement)
   Back Cover:
   • (TOP LEFT HAND CORNER) is NOT an option- the name card holder inside interferes
   • Top Centered
   • Middle Centered (about 1/3 down from the top of the folder on the Deluxe only; the hand strap and inside pocket interfere with lower placement)
   Inside Front Cover:
   • Top Left Hand Corner (names or numbers) often "in Memory of" embossings are placed here, and left-aligned
   Inside back Cover: NOT AN OPTION (the Name card holder interferes with embossing in this area.) There are NO OTHER OPTIONS. These are the only places we can hot stamp the gold foil.
4. MMF reserves the right to substitute a smaller font if necessary, to fit your embossing request in the space available.

   You would not believe how many people actually think things like "In joy I go out to sing to the Puppies and the Kitties and the Orangutans and the Breakfast Cereals and the Fruit Bats" will fit on one line of text.
