Can I return my folders if I am unhappy with them?
Yes. When you shop with us, we want you to be completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a replacement or refund of the purchase price for up to 30 days after purchase. Personalized, ’embossed’ orders are not returnable unless the folders themselves are defective. Folders with a manufacturing defect can be returned for up to 90 days after purchase. Do your folders come in other colors?
We now have colors! The Classroom Choir Folders and Classroom Band Folders are available in Dark Blue, Red, and Green. The other folders are only available in a fabulous shade of black! Matches tuxedos, looks great with everything.

How can I be sure you received my order?
You will receive an “auto-reply” email that confirms our reception of your order. (check your Junk folder if you don’t see it)
I want embossing on my folder. Isn’t it just easier to call you?
While we are happy to answer phone calls, embossing instructions MUST be submitted in a hard copy to us. That means, via e-mail, fax (406-203-1045) OR – and this really is the best of all! – use our secure on-line shopping cart! The reason is this: I am a very bad speller, and I don’t always hear correctly. When I have your copy in front of me, I am much less likely to make a mistake on your folder(s). On the Embossing products pages there are lovely empty “text” boxes just waiting for you to add a list of names, repeated text, or indicate any other special instructions to us.
I want to order on behalf of my school/church/choir, but we want you to bill us instead of using my own credit card. What do I do?
You can fax a Purchase Order from your organization to us at 406-203-1045. We will confirm receipt of your PO by emailing you a Sales Order, so please include the email of the person responsible. Then, when we fulfill your order, we will either mail the invoice to the accounting office, or if you wish, we can place an invoice in the box, and you hand it to your bookkeeper who writes us a check and mails it, and we are all happy musicians!
